Thanks to your incredible support, Mountain Woman made it to the Edinburgh Fringe festival! She erupted onto the world's stage, sharing her volcanic fire with international audiences. the experience was transformative-both for me as an artist and for those who witnessed the performance. But this journey doesn't end with Fringe. Mountain Woman is still alive, still evolving, and she's just getting started.
What's next?
I'm currently booking performances for the rest of 2025 and beyond, bringing this living, breathing piece to new audiences. And there are big developments brewing- Mountain Woman is expanding, transforming, and preparing to on new forms. I'll be sharing those updates soon, and your support makes it possible to bring them to life.
About the Show
"Mountain Woman" is a 30 minute solo multimedia performance celebrating the raw power of creation and destruction embodied by a volcano. This piece explores the parallels between the earth’s cyclical movements and the emotional landscape of humanity. Through a series of vignettes, it combines expressive dance, recorded narration, video, music, and scent, immersing the audience in the essence of an evolving mountain. Performed on a set crafted from recycled and natural materials, "Mountain Woman" showcases the sacred feminine spirit as a call to reconnect with the rhythms of nature.
